Design Services: What & When?
King North Building Sciences provides clients with design services that encompass three main elements: a Feasibility Study Service, a Code Compliance Review Service and a Plans, Specifications & Inspections Service. A Feasibility Study Service is an investigation of all factors affecting the decision to develop a site or expand a building(s). Contained in the Feasibility Study are due diligence inspections, condition assessments, and an exhaustive investigation of local zoning and planning requirements. A Code Compliance Review Service is a strategic review, used when a development is in the formative stages and requires assurance of compliance to applicable Codes. The final element of a Feasibility Study is a Plans, Specifications and Inspections Service. When it is determined that a project is to proceed to the Plans, Specifications and Inspections stage, King North Building Sciences is fully capable of producing a full set of contract documents for various types of architectural and engineering projects, ranging from residential to commercial industrial buildings. It is imperative that a Feasibility Study is undertaken prior to any design work on a project.
Why do you need a Feasibility Study?
It is practical and wise strategic due diligence. A King North Building Sciences Feasibility Study reveals any hidden impediments to development of a site prior to commitment of funding to the potential project. This allows the client to take necessary action taken and eliminate wasted capital expenditure.
